Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities.

Natural Variation: Our products are natural animal parts (turkey heads, feet, liver). We do not guarantee that the quality, size, shape, or color of any products will meet your specific aesthetic expectations, as nature varies.

Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products (consumable pet treats and balms), we do not accept returns on opened packages for health and safety reasons. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on damaged goods.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Recurring Subscriptions: If you select our "Subscribe & Save" option, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the selected frequency (e.g., every 4 weeks) until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us, provided the next order has not yet shipped.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
